Personality & Description Information
Personality: Chika descends from a more powerful section of the Uchiha clan, but they also possess a more darker side. Even so, Chika was still a very honourable person, and still is. To her allies, she is a gentle, kind and loving indiviudual who shows great respect. To her enemies, she shows a level of respect, yet no mercy. In battle she anaylizes her opponents choice in battle style and the best way to counter it with as little effort as possible. She also refuses to acheknowledge that fact that the Mangkyou Sharingan is very powerful, and only uses it when required. She is considered the smartest person knowen to the Shinobi world and supposedly archived every event that has happened.
