Description: The user rushes forward with raiton charged into there fist, and punches releasing huge bolts and Releases a stream of lightning behind them, stopping any sneak attacks. The attack can paralyze the opponent temporarily if it can hit or get near the enemy.

Element Affinity:Raiton - Lightning
Description: After charging raiton energy throughout there body, the user can release a huge amount of electricity from their body all around themselves in a dome, but may damage the user if they haven't got raiton as there main element.

Name: Charged Rush

Exclusive to: User must have Raiton as either sub or main element
Element Affinity: Raiton - Lightning
Description: The user charges there body in Raiton energy, boosting there speed and giving them a heavy barrier of defence. They the rush at the opponent, with the raiton still charging around them. They smash into the opponent several times, before discharging right next to them. Users with Raiton not as Main may take some damage.

Name: After-image Rasengan

Element Affinity: N/A
Description: Felix creates 4 clones, 2 of them go after the opponent, while the other 2 and the real felix hide in the trees. The 2 clones attack the opponent with various combat skills, and Felix and the other 2 clones attack from behind with a rasengan, but instead the swerve upwards so fast, an after image is left and while the opponent is distracted by that he attacks from above. He must be in sharingan to use this.

Name: Rasengan: Storm Twister

Element Affinity: A small amount of Raiton- Lightning
Description: Felix creates 2 clones, and moves a small distance away from his opponent. The create a rasengan, and then link hands, with the original felix holding the rasengan. The shadow clone at the end of the chain spins around and throws the other 2 into the air and then hides nearby the opponent, while felix is spinning in the air. The clone in the air with felix spins faster and launches felix, causing him to spin intensely while holding the rasengan. As the spinning rasengan heads to the opponent, the hiding clone sneaks and tries to strike with a spinning chidori, both hits attacking from opposite sides. Felix must be in sharingan, and must have a lot of chakra left.

Name: Chidori: Striking Bolt

Description: 2 shadow clones launch felix into the air, and then another shadow clone just slightly higher. While felix creates a chidori, the shadow clone above him, brings its clamped hands down striking felix's hands and causing him to shoot forward the chidori stretching out behind him. As felix falls towards his opponent he swings his hands and the chidori shoots at the opponent from above. Felix must be in sharingan, and have a lot of chakra left.

Name: Tranquil winds

Type of jutsu: Genjutsu
Exclusive to: Only Felix Uchiha may use this
Element Affinity: N/A
Description: This can only be used when felix has lots of chakra and has 3 comma sharingan. Felix looks directly into his opponents eyes. His eyes appear to be spinning and soon become red, and the 3 comma's appear still spinning, but slowly now. As the eye stops spinning a huge wind appears, if the opponent has fallen for the jutsu, they will be unable to move, and slowly there body turns hard. As the winds get stronger the rock hard body of the opponents cracks and turns to sand, the winds blow the sand all around and the illusion ends. Felix clutches his now bleeding eye, while his opponent is still in the position they were before the jutsu, body there body is covered in bruises, and is aching badly.

Description: Felix charges a chidori in his right hand, while 3 shadow clones form a rasengan in his left hand, when they are complete, felix slams the two together, causing them to break apart and fuse together. This is done in 4 stages:

After about a minute it becomes complete and Felix strikes, but the move can only last 10 seconds, because it is not properly formed and it is very unstable.

how can you use rasengan when you dont have wind style

Actually, i think that Rasengan by itself has no Elemental Affinity,because Kakashi,Jiraiya and Minato can use it, and they all may not have Wind Based Chakra,but the RasenShuriken does have a Wind Affinity

thats why its element is N/A, it only requires an element when you advance to the next stage like naruto did, i assume its compatible with all elements, but naruto was the first and only one to do so

yeah, i plan to do the same, but with the Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin instead. I recall, in Naruto Ultimate Ninja 3 (i think) Jiraiya had a Special move, the Flame Rasengan.

yeah, i'll just end up making a move where i fuse a chidori and a rasengan, causing a huge unstable ball and very strong, about as strong as when tailed beast, eats a ball and shoots it.
