Clan History:The founder was Gango Aruji.Gango knew the creator of the Uchiha and Hyuga and Rinnegan.they were friends and sparred everyday.Gango only thought the ryugan was used for elements and controlling them but later on he realized that he could also control metal with enough chakra use.

Gango later discovered during a sparring match that the sharigan'genjutsu isnt as strong if the ryugan was on.That helped them realize that they had an advantage with the Uchiha.Instead of telling the Uchiha they kept it a secret incase the Uchiha clan would betray them

Next day Gango was sparring with the Hyuga founder but when he used byakugan gango used ryugan and then his byakugan was blurry so they didnt see all the chakra points well.No one one except Gango knew why.

The 3rd day Gango was sparring with Rinnegan Creator.When he used his Rinnegan and controlled his guys,Gango used ryugan looked in his eyes and the bodies were harder to control with the rinnegan.Like byakugan and sharigan no one knew why this happened except Gango

Eventually the clans parted and the aruji clan grew.They made there own country called the Village hidden in the scales.The aruji clan rarely left this country and if they did it was for missions or alerts.One day many of the countries decided to invade the country together and take it but when they did they the arujis were ready and the battle began many people died in this battle 100's of people but the aruji clan was gone except for the last survivor on a mission,his name is Doragon.Doragon fled to the leaf village(they didnt attack the clan)and stayed there.After all that had happened the countries couldnt decide on who should expand to a bigger amount of country so they left it hidden and no one but the people at the war knew what had happened

Doragon was born in the village hidden in the Scales,a village that consits of the Aruji clan only.He trained and was a chunin at 15 then he was a jonin at 15 and for 7 years he was training to be hokage his best friends were Ryuna(girl)and Garnu(boy).Their teacher was Harnuo(woman)and she trained all 3 of them well.

When Doragon was in the chunin exams,he had to fight Garnu it was about to be a tie till he unlocked his Ryogan and beat Garnu.The hokage decided to make only Garnu,Ryuna and Doragon chunin.They did missions together and Doragon was the leader of their squad,they did B rank missions from the start then did A ranks.

When he was a jonin he taught 3 kids who later became chunin,Garnu taught his squad also and Ryuna also.After there missions were done and it was night they would always go out and eat and drink at different resturants.Doragon had S rank missions alot and always completed them with ease and skill.

Doragon was about to be hokage of his village but when he was doing his last mission with his students as a jonin.The Mission was to confront a deadly criminal gang and take their leader to the hokage to get answers about the gang crimes.When he got back he realized his village was attacked and burned down,when he returned,there were no survivors except himself.He traveled around and camped alot.After about a month of camping,he joined the leaf.He was new so he started out as a genin and kept training to have the same status as in the Scale Village.

Then after working hard,the chunin exams started.Doragon and the others in his squad competed.They got through the test ok and the forest of death decently.Then came the 3rd round and his teammates lost eventually,1st on the 1st round 2nd on the 2nd round.Then it was doragon and some guy from the mist.He used the famous hidden mist jutsu and sliced doragon a couple times,doragon was weak then used ryugan.Out of pure luck he saw the sword,donated almost all chakra to ryugan,and made the blade turn shaped into a snake and bit his neck,but he didnt use enough and was still impaled but saw that coming,but still he kept the jutsu going.He kept the blade that way to stop him from bleeding out.After it was over the hokage chose doragon to be a chunin.

Lower age, and remove the statement about previously being in the Akatsuki. The way the Plotline is that they all died, which means your character would be dead. And you have to be 10 - 18 to be a genin, make it reasonable with the Doujutsu you have. Try for Jounin or Chunnin if you don't wanna change the age.
