The EMS Requires you to take another Uchiha's eyes. No one will start with said example.

yep, felix will find his parents and kill them, gaining his own mangykeyo sharingan, then steal his brothers mangykeyo, creating VORTEX EMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to kill an actually character, not NPC's. You cannot obtain the Mangkyou just by killing NPC family member's.

i'll kill some uchiha character then, after i make a relationship

idk, but this rule is being immplmented. No one is to start with the Mangkyou or 3 tomoe unless Jounin or above.
